# §313.003. Policy.


Electronic and information technology (EIT) supplies and services acquired pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation [part 13](/cfr/48/part13.md) shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. See [part 339](/cfr/48/part339.md).
