# §3052.217-95. Liability and insurance (USCG).


As prescribed in USCG guidance at (HSAR) 48 CFR [3017.9000(a)](/cfr/48/3017.9000.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/48/3017.9000.md?p=b), insert the following clause:
