# §3001.403. Individual deviations.


Unless precluded by law, executive order, or other regulation, the HCA is authorized to approve individual deviation (except with respect to (FAR) 48 CFR [30.201-3](/cfr/48/30.201-3.md), [30.201-4](/cfr/48/30.201-4.md); the requirements of the Cost Accounting Standards board rules and regulations at [48 CFR chapter 99](/cfr/48/ch99.md) (FAR appendix); and [part 50](/cfr/48/part50.md)). Submit requests per (HSAR) [48 CFR 3001.7000](/cfr/48/3001.7000.md), including complete documentation of the justification for the deviations (See HSAM 3001.403).
