# §27.200. Scope of subpart.


This subpart prescribes policies and procedures with respect to—

- (a) Patent and copyright infringement liability;
- (b) Royalties;
- (c) Security requirements for patent applications containing classified subject matter; and
- (d) **Patented technology under trade agreements.**
