# §2509.400. Scope of subpart.


This subpart supplements [subpart 9.4](/cfr/48/subpart9.4.md) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation by prescribing NSF policies and procedures and assigning responsibility for making debarment and suspension decisions. Nothing in this subpart is intended to alter the effect of [subpart 9.4](/cfr/48/subpart9.4.md).
