# §25.702-3. Remedies.


Upon the determination of a false certification under subsection 25.702-2—

- (a) The contracting officer may terminate the contract;
- (b) The suspending and debarring official may suspend the contractor in accordance with the procedures in [subpart 9.4](/cfr/48/subpart9.4.md); and
- (c) The suspending and debarring official may debar the contractor for a period not to exceed 3 years in accordance with the procedures in [subpart 9.4](/cfr/48/subpart9.4.md).
