# §237.173-5. Contract clause.


Insert the clause at 252.237-7010, Prohibition on Interrogation of Detainees by Contractor Personnel, in solicitations and contracts, including solicitations and contracts using FAR [part 12](/cfr/48/part12.md) procedures for the acquisition of commercial products and commercial services, that are for the provision of services.
