# §23.100. Scope of subpart.


This subpart provides policies and procedures for procuring sustainable products and services. This subpart applies to all contract actions, including those using [part 12](/cfr/48/part12.md) procedures for the acquisition of commercial products, including commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) items, and commercial services and acquisitions valued at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
