# §22.501. Scope of subpart.


This subpart prescribes policies and procedures to implement Executive Order 14063, Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construction Projects, dated February 4, 2022 ([3 CFR](/cfr/3.md), 2023 Comp., pp 335-338).
