# §22.2108. Multiemployer plans or other funds, plans, or programs.


Contractors may fulfill their obligations under E.O. 13706 and [29 CFR part 13](/cfr/29/part13.md) jointly with other contractors through a multiemployer plan, or may fulfill their obligations through an individual fund, plan, or program (see [29 CFR 13.8](/cfr/29/13.8.md)).
