# §22.1900. Scope of subpart.


This subpart prescribes policies and procedures to implement Executive Order (E.O.) 14026, Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors, which requires minimum wages for certain workers; Department of Labor (DOL) implementing regulations are found at [29 CFR part 23](/cfr/29/part23.md). This E.O. superseded E.O. 13658; DOL implementing regulations for E.O. 13658 are found at [29 CFR part 10](/cfr/29/part10.md).
