# §2015.300. Scope of subpart.


This subpart applies to all contracts awarded on a competitive basis in accordance with FAR [part 15](/cfr/48/part15.md). This subpart does not apply to contracts awarded on a non-competitive basis to the Small Business Administration under [Section 8(a)](/cfr/48/8.md?p=a) of the Small Business Act.
