# §1817.208. Solicitation provisions and contract clauses. (NASA supplements paragraph (c))

- (c)
  - (3) The contracting officer shall insert a provision substantially the same as FAR 52.217-5 in cost reimbursement contracts when the other conditions of FAR 17.208(c) are met.
