# §1501.104. Applicability.


The FAR ([48 CFR chapter 1](/cfr/48/ch1.md)) and the EPAAR ([48 CFR chapter 15](/cfr/48/ch15.md)) apply to all EPA acquisitions as defined in [part 2](/cfr/48/part2.md) of the FAR, except where expressly excluded.
