The HCA shall establish procedures for processing and evaluating VECP's as prescribed in FAR Subpart [48.1](/cfr/48/subpart48.1.md) and [369](/cfr/48/subpart369.md) [DM](/cfr/48/subpartDM.md), Value Engineering.
