# §95.565. FRS frequency accuracy.


Each FRS transmitter type must be designed such that the carrier frequencies remain within ±2.5 parts-per-million of the channel center frequencies specified in [§ 95.563](/cfr/47/95.563.md) during normal operating conditions.
