# §95.519. FRS replacement parts.


The operator of a FRS unit may replace the batteries in the FRS unit with batteries of a type specified by the manufacturer. All other internal maintenance and repairs must be carried out in accordance with [§ 95.319](/cfr/47/95.319.md).
