# §95.3305. Radar operator eligibility in the 76-81 GHz Band.


Subject to the requirements of §§ [95.305](/cfr/47/95.305.md) and [95.307](/cfr/47/95.307.md), any person is eligible to operate a radar in the 76-81 GHz band without an individual license; such operation must comply with all applicable rules in this subpart.
