# §95.3201. Permissible uses.


C-V2X OBUs may transmit signals to other C-V2X OBUs and to C-V2X Roadside Units (RSUs) authorized under [part 90](/cfr/47/part90.md) of this chapter or any licensed commercial mobile radio service station as defined in [part 20](/cfr/47/part20.md) of this chapter.
