# §95.3101. Scope.


This subpart contains rules that apply only to ITS On-Board Units (OBUs) transmitting in the 5895-5925 MHz frequency band. ITU Roadside Units (RSUs) are authorized under [part 90](/cfr/47/part90.md), [subpart M](/cfr/47/subpartM.md) of this chapter.
