# §90.751. Minor modifications of Phase I, non-nationwide licenses.


Phase I non-nationwide licensees will be given an opportunity to seek modification of their license to relocate their initially authorized base station, i.e., locate their base station at a site other than its initially authorized location. The conditions under which modifications will be granted and the procedures for applying for license modifications are described in §§ [90.753](/cfr/47/90.753.md), [90.757](/cfr/47/90.757.md) and [1.929](/cfr/47/1.929.md) of this chapter. For CMRS licensees, these modifications will be treated as minor modifications in accordance with [§ 1.929](/cfr/47/1.929.md) of this chapter.
