# §90.379. Technical standards for Roadside Units.


DSRCS Roadside Units (RSUs) operating in the 5895-5925 MHz band must comply with the technical standard Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11p-2010 (incorporated by reference, see [§ 90.395](/cfr/47/90.395.md)).
