# §88.3. Application of other rule parts.

- (a) Except as expressly provided under this part, [part 87](/cfr/47/part87.md) of this chapter shall not apply to uncrewed aircraft systems communications in the 5030-5091 MHz band.
- (b) Non-Networked Access (NNA) devices, as defined in this part, are considered part of the Citizens Band Radio Service, as defined in [§ 95.303](/cfr/47/95.303.md) of this chapter. Except for the definitions of Citizens Band Radio Service and Uncrewed Aircraft System Services in [§ 95.303](/cfr/47/95.303.md), the rules of [part 95](/cfr/47/part95.md) of this chapter shall not apply to such devices.
