# §80.471. Discontinuance or impairment of service.


Except as specified in [§ 20.15(b)(3)](/cfr/47/20.15.md?p=b-3) of this chapter with respect to commercial mobile radio service providers, a public coast station must not discontinue or impair service unless authorized to do so by the Commission.
