# §78.63. Antenna structure marking and lighting.


The owner of each antenna structure is responsible for ensuring that the structure, if required, is painted and/or illuminated in accordance with [part 17](/cfr/47/part17.md) of this chapter. In the event of default by the owner, each licensee shall be responsible for ensuring that the structure complies with applicable painting and lighting requirements.
