# §74.12. Notification of filing of applications.


The provisions of [§ 73.1030](/cfr/47/73.1030.md) “Notification concerning interference to Radio Astronomy, Research, and Receiving Installations” apply to all stations authorized under this part of the FCC Rules except the following:

- (a) **Mobile remote pickup stations (subpart D).**
- (b) **TV pickup stations (subpart F).**
- (c) **Low power auxiliary stations (subpart H).**
