# §74.1. Scope.

- (a) The rules in this subpart are applicable to the Auxiliary and Special Broadcast and Other Program Distributional Services.
- (b) Rules in [part 74](/cfr/47/part74.md) which apply exclusively to a particular service are contained in that service subpart, as follows: Remote Pickup Broadcast Stations, [subpart D](/cfr/47/subpartD.md); Aural Broadcast STL and Intercity Relay Stations, [subpart E](/cfr/47/subpartE.md); TV Auxiliary Broadcast Stations, [subpart F](/cfr/47/subpartF.md); Low-power TV, TV Translator and TV Booster Stations, [subpart G](/cfr/47/subpartG.md); Low-power Auxiliary Stations, [subpart H](/cfr/47/subpartH.md); FM Broadcast Translator Stations and FM Broadcast Booster Stations, subpart L.
