# §73.293. Use of FM multiplex subcarriers.


Licensees of FM broadcast stations may transmit, without further authorization, subcarrier communication services in accordance with the provisions of §§ [73.319](/cfr/47/73.319.md) and [73.322](/cfr/47/73.322.md).
