# §69.412. Non participating company payments/receipts.


For telephone companies that are not association Common Line tariff participants, the payment or receipt of funds described in § [69.612(a)](/cfr/47/69.612.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/47/69.612.md?p=b) shall be apportioned, respectively, as an addition to or a deduction from their common line revenue requirement.
