# §69.411. Other expenses.


Except as provided in §§ [69.412](/cfr/47/69.412.md), [69.413](/cfr/47/69.413.md), and [69.414](/cfr/47/69.414.md), expenses that are not apportioned pursuant to [§§ 69.401 through 69.409](/cfr/47/69.401..69.409.md) shall be apportioned among the interexchange category and all access elements in the same manner as [§ 69.309](/cfr/47/69.309.md) Other investment.
