# §69.309. Other investment.


Investment that is not apportioned pursuant to [§§ 69.302 through 69.307](/cfr/47/69.302..69.307.md) shall be apportioned among the interexchange category, the billing and collection category and access elements in the same proportions as the combined investment that is apportioned pursuant to [§§ 69.303 through 69.307](/cfr/47/69.303..69.307.md).
