# §64.636. Prohibition of default provider freezes.

- (a) A default provider freeze prevents a change in an iTRS user's default provider selection unless the iTRS user gives the provider from whom the freeze was requested his or her express consent.
- (b) Default provider freezes shall be prohibited.
