# §64.6070. Taxes and fees.

- (a) A Provider must not charge a Consumer any tax or fee associated with Incarcerated People's Communications Services other than a Mandatory Tax, a Mandatory Fee, or an Authorized Fee, as defined in [§ 64.6000](/cfr/47/64.6000.md) of this chapter.
