# §54.1900. Applicability of Uniform Administrative Requirements for grants and cooperative agreements to non-Federal entities.


Federal awards to non-Federal entities are subject to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards at [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), as adopted at [2 CFR 6000.1](/cfr/2/6000.1.md).
