# §54.1002. Geographic areas eligible for support.

- (a) Mobility Fund Phase I support may be made available for census blocks identified as eligible by public notice.
- (b) Except as provided in [§ 54.1004](/cfr/47/54.1004.md), coverage units for purposes of conducting competitive bidding and disbursing support based on designated road miles will be identified by public notice for each census block eligible for support.
