# §54.1001. Mobility Fund—Phase I.


The Commission will use competitive bidding, as provided in [part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart AA](/cfr/47/subpartAA.md), of this chapter, to determine the recipients of support available through Phase I of the Mobility Fund and the amount(s) of support that they may receive for specific geographic areas, subject to applicable post-auction procedures.
