# §500.3. NTIA duty to review FirstNet proposed fees.


As required under [47 U.S.C. 1428(c)](/usc/47/1428.md?p=c), NTIA shall exclusively review fees, which must be proposed by FirstNet in writing, through NTIA's review and approval process conducted on an annual basis.
