# §5.705. Interim report.


Licensee must submit to the Commission an interim progress report 5 years after grant of its license. If a licensee requests non-disclosure of proprietary information, requests shall follow the procedures for submission set forth in [§ 0.459](/cfr/47/0.459.md) of this chapter.
