# §5.109. Responsibility for antenna structure painting and lighting.


Experimental Radio Service licensees may become responsible for maintaining the painting and lighting of any antenna structure they are authorized to use in accordance with [part 17](/cfr/47/part17.md) of this chapter. See [§ 17.6](/cfr/47/17.6.md) of this chapter.
