# §302.1. Purpose.


This part establishes uniform application, approval, award, financial and administrative requirements for the Connecting Minority Communities pilot program authorized under Division N, Title IX, [section 902](/cfr/47/902.md), of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
