# §30.6. Permissible communications.

- (a) A licensee in the frequency bands specified in [§ 30.4](/cfr/47/30.4.md) may provide any services for which its frequency bands are allocated, as set forth in the non-Federal Government column of the Table of Frequency Allocations in [§ 2.106](/cfr/47/2.106.md) of this chapter (column 5).
- (b) Fixed-Satellite Service shall be provided in a manner consistent with [part 25](/cfr/47/part25.md) of this chapter. The technical and operating rules in this part shall not apply to Fixed-Satellite Service operation.
