# §27.501. 746-758 MHz, 775-788 MHz, and 805-806 MHz bands subject to competitive bidding.


Mutually exclusive initial applications for licenses in the 746-758 MHz, 775-788 MHz, and 805-806 MHz bands are subject to competitive bidding. The general competitive bidding procedures set forth in [part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart Q](/cfr/47/subpartQ.md) of this chapter will apply unless otherwise provided in this subpart.
