# §27.1600. 3450-3550 MHz band subject to competitive bidding.


Mutually exclusive initial applications for 3450-3550 MHz band licenses are subject to competitive bidding. The general competitive bidding procedures set forth in [47 CFR part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart Q](/cfr/47/subpartQ.md), will apply unless otherwise provided in this subpart.
