# §27.1401. Licenses in the 3.7 GHz Service are subject to competitive bidding.


Mutually exclusive initial applications for licenses in the 3.7 GHz Service are subject to competitive bidding. The general competitive bidding procedures set forth in [47 CFR part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart Q](/cfr/47/subpartQ.md), will apply unless otherwise provided in this subpart.
