# §27.1105. 1695-1710 MHz, 1755-1780 MHz and 2155-2180 MHz bands subject to competitive bidding.


Mutually exclusive initial applications for 1695-1710 MHz, 1755-1780 MHz, and 2155-2180 MHz band licenses are subject to competitive bidding. The general competitive bidding procedures set forth in [47 CFR part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart Q](/cfr/47/subpartQ.md) will apply unless otherwise provided in this subpart.
