# §25.401. Satellite DARS applications subject to competitive bidding.


Mutually exclusive initial applications for DARS service licenses are subject to competitive bidding. The general competitive bidding procedures set forth in [part 1](/cfr/47/part1.md), [subpart Q](/cfr/47/subpartQ.md) of this chapter will apply unless otherwise provided in this part.
