# §2.1041. Measurement procedure.

- (a) For equipment operating under parts [15](/cfr/47/part15.md) and [18](/cfr/47/part18.md), the measurement procedures are specified in the rules governing the particular device for which certification is requested.
- (b) For equipment operating in the authorized radio services, measurements are required as specified in §§ [2.1046](/cfr/47/2.1046.md), [2.1047](/cfr/47/2.1047.md), [2.1049](/cfr/47/2.1049.md), [2.1051](/cfr/47/2.1051.md), [2.1053](/cfr/47/2.1053.md), [2.1055](/cfr/47/2.1055.md) and [2.1057](/cfr/47/2.1057.md). The measurement procedures in ANSI C63.26-2015 (incorporated by reference, see [§ 2.910](/cfr/47/2.910.md)) are acceptable for performing compliance measurements for equipment types covered by the measurement standard.
