# §18.313. Radio frequency exposure requirements.


Radio frequency devices operating under the provisions of this part are subject to the radio frequency radiation exposure requirements specified in §§ [1.1307(b)](/cfr/47/1.1307.md?p=b), [1.1310](/cfr/47/1.1310.md), [2.1091](/cfr/47/2.1091.md), and [2.1093](/cfr/47/2.1093.md) of this chapter, as appropriate.
