# §18.121. Exemptions.


Non-consumer ultrasonic equipment, and non-consumer magnetic resonance equipment, that is used for medical diagnostic and monitoring applications is subject only to the provisions of §§ [18.105](/cfr/47/18.105.md), [18.109 through 18.119](/cfr/47/18.109..18.119.md), [18.301](/cfr/47/18.301.md) and [18.303](/cfr/47/18.303.md) of this part.
