# §1.771. Filing.


Schedules of charges, and classifications, practices, and regulations affecting such charges, required under section 203 of the Communications Act shall be constructed, filed, and posted in accordance with and subject to the requirements of [part 61](/cfr/47/part61.md) of this chapter.
